- 500 g pointed cabbae (about 1/2 head)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 large carrot (s)
- 1 small onion (s)
- 1 m-sized apple, red-skinned
- 150 g crème fraîche
- 100 g mayonnaise
- salt and pepper

- Clean and quarter the pointed cabbage (if half a cabbage is used, cut a whole cabbage into eighths) and remove the hard stalk. Cut into fine strips. Mix with the salt in a bowl and knead vigorously. Clean the carrots and cut into fine strips. Clean the onion, leave it whole. Wash the apple (do not peel!), Remove the core and slice the apple together with the onion into fine strips. Add to the cabbage.
- Mix the crème fraîche with the mayonnaise. Season with pepper and a little salt. Add to the vegetables in the bowl and stir everything well. Let the salad stand for 1 hour.
- Goes well with gyros, grilling or a bread roll.
- I cut my vegetables with the food processor.
