Ingredients

  • 250 g shrimp (s), fresh or frozen
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 1 head pointed cabbage, a good kilo
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 3 tablespoon oil,
  • 6 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sambal oelek, who likes more?
  • salt
  • sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Cut the prawns open on the back and remove the dark intestines if necessary. Then wash and pat dry. Peel and finely dice the onions. Remove the outer leaves from the pointed cabbage, quarter and cut into fine strips, wash and drain well. Roast the sesame seeds in a pan without oil, let cool and set aside.
  2. 1 tablespoon. Heat the oil in the wok. Fry the prawns in it for about 3-4 minutes. Salt and remove from the pan. 2 tablespoon. Heat the oil in the frying fat and fry the onion and pointed cabbage in portions for about 5 minutes. Put all the vegetables back into the wok and season with sambal oelek and the soy sauce to taste. Arrange and drizzle with sesame oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  3. Basmati rice goes well with this.
