Ingredients

  • 200 g corn rits (polenta)
  • 500 ml milk
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 5 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 500 g apples
  • 100 g butter
  • Raisins
  • Lemon peel
  • Sugar, for dusting

Instructions

  1. Bring the milk to the boil with a pinch of salt. Stir in the polenta with a snow stick and bring to the boil briefly until a thick pulp is formed. Let the mixture cool down, stir in the cream, spices and eggs. Melt the butter in a mold, pour in the polenta, sprinkle with puffed apples and raisins. Bake for about 20 minutes at 180 ° C.
  2. Let cool down briefly, cut into pieces and sprinkle with sugar.
