  • Pollock fillet – 300 g
  • Onions – 250 g (2 pcs.)
  • Hard cheese – 80 g
  • Mustard – 1 teaspoon
  • Mayonnaise – 120 g
  • Lemon – 50 g (0.5 pcs.)
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Vegetable oil (for lubricating the mold) – 2 tbsp

  1. Peel, wash, and dry the onion. Cut the onion into quarters or half rings.
  2. Wash the pollock fillet, cut into small portions, sprinkle them with lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste.

  3. Combine mayonnaise with mustard and mix. Put all prepared onions on the bottom of a greased baking dish, lightly salt and pepper.
  4. Put the fish on top of the onion. Brush the fish fillet with the prepared sauce. Grate the hard cheese on a fine grater and put it on top of the sauce.

  5. Bake the fish in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes (be guided by your oven).
