Pollock with Mayonnaise

This simple pollock recipe lets you make a great snack quickly.

Ingredients

  • Pollock (fillet) – 500 g
  • Boiled eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Lemon – 0.25 pcs.
  • Mayonnaise – 3 tbsp
  • Sour cream – 3 tbsp
  • Salt – 1-2 pinches
  • Ground black pepper – 1-2 pinches
  • Black peppercorns – 3-5 pcs.
  • Bay leaf – 1 pc.
  • Parsley greens – 0.25 bunch

Directions

  1. Pour the back of the pollock with cold water, add salt, peppercorns, bay leaf. Bring to a boil and cook until tender (15-20 minutes).

  2. Take out the fish, cool, cut into thin slices.
  3. Cut the boiled eggs into cubes.
  4. Mix fish and eggs, salt, pepper, and stir.
  5. Mix mayonnaise and sour cream.
  6. Chop the herbs.
  7. Then pour the fish with a mixture of mayonnaise and sour cream.
  8. When serving on pollock with mayonnaise, put a slice of lemon and sprinkle with parsley.
