Instructions

  1. Remove the seeds from half the pomegranate and puree in the mixer / blender. Put the puree through a hair sieve and collect the juice. Squeeze out the puree well. About 100 ml of pomegranate juice are obtained.
  2. Stir the chia seeds together with the cinnamon and rose water into the pomegranate juice and cover and leave to soak in the refrigerator (8 hours or overnight).
  3. After the soaking time, peel and fillet the orange. Catch the juice that escapes. Put a nice orange fillet aside for decoration. Cut the remaining orange fillets into small pieces and fold them into the Chiapuddig along with the orange juice. Decorate with the orange fillet and serve.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
