Ingredients
- 1 pomegranate, ripe
- 0.5 ½ head lettuce (endive salad)
- 150 g cheese (oat cheese), crumbled
- 1 tablespoon chives, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon basil, finely chopped
For the dressing:
- 3 tablespoon vinegar (wine vinegar)
- 1 clove (s) garlic, crushed or finely diced
- 125 ml olive oil
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ pepper from the mill, coarsely ground

- Carefully remove the seeds from the pomegranate. Wash the endive salad and cut into fine strips. Drain well.
- Put in a bowl or spread on plates. Scatter the cheese, seeds and herbs on top. Mix the ingredients for the dressing well and pour over the salad.
