Ingredients

  • 1 pomegranate, ripe
  • 0.5 ½ head lettuce (endive salad)
  • 150 g cheese (oat cheese), crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon chives, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon basil, finely chopped

For the dressing:

  • 3 tablespoon vinegar (wine vinegar)
  • 1 clove (s) garlic, crushed or finely diced
  • 125 ml olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ pepper from the mill, coarsely ground

Instructions

  1. Carefully remove the seeds from the pomegranate. Wash the endive salad and cut into fine strips. Drain well.
  2. Put in a bowl or spread on plates. Scatter the cheese, seeds and herbs on top. Mix the ingredients for the dressing well and pour over the salad.
