Ingredients
- 1 pomegranate
- 2 tablespoon red wine vinegar, mild
- 2 teaspoons, leveled sugar
- 5 tablespoon olive oil
- 0.5 ½ teaspoon, leveled salt
- 1 pinch (s) pepper from the mill
- 2 tablespoon chives, freshly chopped or frozen

- Cut the pomegranate in half and squeeze with a citrus press. Mix the pomegranate juice with vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper and the olive oil vigorously. Add the chives to the vinaigrette.
