Ingredients

  • 1 pomegranate
  • 2 tablespoon red wine vinegar, mild
  • 2 teaspoons, leveled sugar
  • 5 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.5 ½ teaspoon, leveled salt
  • 1 pinch (s) pepper from the mill
  • 2 tablespoon chives, freshly chopped or frozen

Instructions

  1. Cut the pomegranate in half and squeeze with a citrus press. Mix the pomegranate juice with vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper and the olive oil vigorously. Add the chives to the vinaigrette.
