Ingredients

For the glaze:

powdered sugar
Lemon juice
Jam (cherry jam)

Instructions

Mix the soft butter until foamy, let the sugar trickle in, mix with the other ingredients and knead on the board to form a nice shortcrust pastry, cut the dough in half and roll out, cut out round biscuits (flowers), cut out small rings with half the amount of biscuits, place on a prepared tray and bake in a preheated oven at 150 ° C for approx. 10-12 minutes.
When the rings have cooled down, sprinkle with lemon glaze, allow to dry, then put together with jam.
