Ingredients

  • 130 g butter

  • 2 egg yolks
  • 10 drops flavor (lemon)
  • 2 tablespoon cream

For the glaze:

  • powdered sugar
  • Lemon juice
  • Jam (cherry jam)

Instructions

  1. Mix the soft butter until foamy, let the sugar trickle in, mix with the other ingredients and knead on the board to form a nice shortcrust pastry, cut the dough in half and roll out, cut out round biscuits (flowers), cut out small rings with half the amount of biscuits, place on a prepared tray and bake in a preheated oven at 150 ° C for approx. 10-12 minutes.
