Ingredients
For the dough:
- 200 g flour
- 75 grams sugar
- 1 egg (s)
- 75 g mararine
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
For the filling:
- 2 bags poppy seeds (Mohnfix or Mohnback)
- 1 cup sour cream
For covering:
- 3 egg (s)
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons milk
- 2 cups sour cream
- Fat for the shape

- Knead the ingredients for the dough and then distribute the dough in a greased springform pan and press it down.
- For the filling, mix the poppy seed fix and sour cream well - pour onto the dough.
