- 400 g flour
- 100 g suar
- 2 egg (s)
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 150 g butter, soft
- 1 pack poppy seed bakery
- possibly brittle

- Knead all ingredients (except for the poppy seed baking) and work them into a smooth dough. Then roll out into a long rectangle (best on permanent baking foil). The poppy seeds are then spread onto the dough up to the edge.
- Carefully roll up the dough from the long side and always press down a little. At the end, the roll is cut into slices about 1 cm wide.
- Place the slices on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes at 200 ° C. It also tastes very tasty when you mix hazelnut brittle into the poppy seed mixture.
