Ingredients

  • 250 g flour
  • 1 pack dry yeast
  • 120 ml milk
  • 1 tablespoon rum
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 70 g butter, (melted and cooled slihtly aain)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 egg (s)

For the sprinkles:

  • 100 g butter, (melted)
  • 150 grams flour
  • 70 grams sugar
  • 50 g poppy seeds, round
  • Powdered sugar, for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Mix the dry yeast with flour, knead the egg, sugar, salt, rum, milk and the lukewarm butter well, press this soft dough into a prepared springform pan (with wet fingers).
  2. For the crumble mix all the ingredients (coarse fork) and distribute on the cake base (becomes a thick layer) - bake at 160 ° convection for approx. 30 min (not preheated) - sprinkle with icing sugar when cold.
