  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 0.5 ½ apple
  • Blueberries, (blueberries) TK

Instructions

  1. Porridge:
  2. A small piece (as you like) of white couverture is cut into small pieces. The milk is poured into a small, coated saucepan together with the oat flakes, honey, poppy seeds, vanilla extract and couverture and boiled while stirring. Now take the pot off the hob and cover it with a lid. He has to rest for approx. 4-5 minutes.
  3. Garnish:
  4. The apple is diced and fried with a little cinnamon in a small pan or a small coated saucepan (if you like it a little sweeter, you can caramelize the apples with a little butter, sugar and the cinnamon). Next are the frozen blueberries. Everyone can determine the amount at will. The whole thing is heated until the blueberries are thawed.
  5. Finally, the porridge is stirred again and served together with the berry and apple side dish on a deep plate or in a bowl. If you like, the whole thing can be sprinkled with a little cinnamon or vanilla sugar.
