Ingredients

  • 300 g flour, (durum wheat flour)
  • 12 g porcini mushrooms, dried
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Grind the dried porcini mushrooms very finely in a coffee grinder.
  2. Mix the durum wheat flour, ground porcini mushrooms, salt and parsley dry, add the eggs and the olive oil and knead everything into a dough. Shape the dough into a ball, wrap it in foil and let it rest for about 1 hour.
  3. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin or, if available, with a pasta machine and cut to the desired width.
