  • 1 handful porcini mushrooms, dried, or other dried mushrooms

Instructions

  1. Bring the cream to the boil in the saucepan, coarsely crumble the mushrooms and add. Cook, stirring regularly, without a lid, until the sauce is reduced to the desired consistency. Season to taste with pepper and salt.
  2. Tastes good with pasta, but also with meat that is fried too short.
