  • 1 tablespoon sunflower oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • thyme
  • rosemary
  • pepper
  • Chili powder

Instructions

  1. First dry the pork chop well with kitchen paper.
  2. Make a marinade from the oil, the pressed garlic clove and the spices. Place the cutlet in it and marinate in the refrigerator for a day.
  3. Take the chop out of the refrigerator at least an hour before searing so that it reaches room temperature.
  4. Preheat the oven to 100 degrees top and bottom heat.
  5. Heat a grill pan strongly. Now salt the chop and sear it on both sides in the grill pan until it is well browned and has the typical grill pattern.
  6. Cook the chop in the hot oven on the middle rack for approx. 25 minutes - depending on the thickness of the chop.
