Pork Chops in Batter

by Editorial Staff

I really love pork chops. What could be better for lunch than delicious fried meat? With the heat, with the heat … mmm! ..

Cook:30 mins

Serving: 6

Ingredients

  • Pork tenderloin – 500 g
  • Chicken egg – 3 pcs.
  • Garlic (optional) – 2-4 cloves
  • Salt – 1-2 teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper – 1-2 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil – 6 tbsp
  • Wheat flour – 10 tbsp
  • Sour cream – 3 tbsp

Directions

  1. Wash and dry the meat. Cut into portions, about 1 cm thick.
  2. Use a hammer to beat off the pork pieces. Season with salt and pepper on both sides
  3. Peel the garlic and finely chop or crush in a garlic bowl.
  4. Roll the prepared chops well in flour. Make a batter. To do this, break the eggs into a plate, mix with sour cream and garlic (optional). Whisk well.
Dip the chops in the batter. Preheat a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil. Put prepared pork chops in batter in hot oil.
  5. Fry pork chops in batter until golden brown on both sides, 3-4 minutes each, over medium heat.
  6. Pork chops in batter are ready. Serve with your favorite side dish.

Enjoy your meal!
