  • Rosemary, fresh
  • Salt and pepper, from the mill
  • some clarified butter
  • 4 sheet / s puff pastry
  • some herb butter

Instructions

  1. Cut the pork fillet into slices and fry briefly on both sides in the clarified butter. Add the herbs and season with salt and pepper.
