Pork in a Slow Cooker

by Editorial Staff

Pork cooked in one piece in a slow cooker. It turns out very tender meat, delicious both hot and cold.

Cook: 10 hour

Ingredients

  • Boneless pork leg – 1.5 kg
  • Mustard – 2 tbsp
  • Honey – 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp

Directions

  1. Wash a piece of pork, dry it a little with a towel.
Rub with salt and pepper. Then coat on all sides with a mixture of honey and mustard.
Cover and put in the refrigerator for a few hours, marinate (I left it overnight).
  2. Pour 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl and fry the pork in the multicooker on all sides.
I have a Panasonic multicooker, fried on the “Baking” option for 15-20 minutes on each side.
Then turn on the “Extinguishing” option, set the time to 3 hours.
While stewing pork in a slow cooker, periodically turn the meat over so that it is evenly saturated with juice.
  3. After the end of cooking, put the meat on a dish, cut into thin slices.
Store in the refrigerator wrapped in foil.

         Enjoy your meal!
