Ingredients

  • 4 pork steak (s) (back steaks, minute steaks)
  • 150 ml natural yogurt
  • 1 lime (s)
  • 8 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 stems mint
  • 1 teaspoon Ras el Hanout

Instructions

  1. Wash the minute steaks and pat dry. Wash the lime, rub the peel and squeeze out the juice. Wash the mint, shake dry and finely chop.
  2. Make a marinade from olive oil, lime zest, lime juice and half of the Ras el Hanout and the chopped mint. Soak the steaks in it for at least an hour.
  3. Mix the yogurt in a bowl until creamy and mix with the rest of the ras el hanout and the chopped mint. Set aside and let it steep.
  4. Heat some of the marinade in a pan, the pan is hot, add the steaks and then pour the remaining marinade over them and simmer over medium heat.
  5. Serve on plates and add a tablespoon of the yogurt dip to each steak. Decorate with a little mint.
  6. Couscous goes well with it in any variation or just a piece of flat bread.
