Pork Meatballs

Ingredients

  • Pork – 1 kg
  • Flour – 1 glass
  • Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Chicken egg – 4 pcs.
  • Sour cream – 1-2 teaspoon

Directions

  1. The ingredients for making pork balls are in front of you.
  2. Wash and dry the meat with a paper towel. Cut the pork into thin slices across the grain. The slice should be about 1 cm thick.
  3. Take a sharp knife and make notches along the piece, and then across. It turns out a mesh.
