Ingredients

  • 800 g pork fillet (s)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 750 g onion (s)
  • 2 small tomato (s)
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 200 g cream, or 300
  • 2 teaspoons broth
  • 300 ml water
  • parsley
  • Butter for the mold

Instructions

  1. Cut the pork fillet into pieces, fry it, season with salt and pepper. Take the meat out of the pan and place in a buttered ovenproof dish.
  2. Cut the onion into wedges, fry in the frying fat, dust with flour and curry. Add the cream, water and stock, bring to the boil. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Pour the sauce over the meat, garnish with the diced tomatoes and bake at 200 ° top and bottom heat or 175 ° convection for about 20 minutes. Serve sprinkled with parsley.
  4. Croquettes and green salad are tasty as a side dish.
