  • 500 g pork fillet (s)
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 200 ml cream
  • 250 g mushrooms, fresh
  • 1 can cherry tomato (s) or peeled tomatoes
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • thyme
  • rosemary

Instructions

  1. Cut the fillet into medallions. Then salt, pepper and fry for 2 minutes on both sides. Put in a greased baking dish and set aside.
  2. Now put the cherry tomatoes in a saucepan and simmer. Season with salt and pepper. Chop the clove of garlic and add to the sauce. Then add the cream. Let it boil again.
  3. Now cut the mushrooms into slices and the onion into rings. Fry both together. Pour the mushroom and onion mixture onto the pork fillets and pour the sauce over them. Then sprinkle with thyme and rosemary.
  4. At the end, crumble the feta cheese over the whole thing and bake in the oven at 200 ° C (top / bottom heat) for 20 - 30 minutes. Tagliatelle go well with this.
