Ingredients

  • 6 pork medallions
  • 10 tablespoon oil B. olive oil or rapeseed oil
  • 4 teaspoon curry paste, red
  • 1 tablespoon mustard, hot
  • 1 tablespoon mustard, granulated
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 4 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
  • 1 lime (s), its juice
  • Peppercorns, ground
  • 3 teaspoons dried rosemary, or double the amount fresh
  • 3 teaspoons dried thyme, or double the amount fresh
  • Garlic

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients with the exception of the medallions in a bowl and stir with a whisk.
  2. Pour the marinade into a sealable freezer bag, add the pork medallions, seal and knead.
  3. Then put the bag in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours to draw through.
  4. If you like it a little hotter, you can add chilli flakes to the marinade. Salt if necessary after grilling.
