Ingredients
- 1 kg pork fillet (s)
For the marinade:
- liter ⅛ oil
- 2 clove (s) garlic, finely chopped
- 1 bay leaf
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ pepper
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ herbal salt

- Cut the meat into slices as thick as your thumb and place in a bowl. Mix all ingredients for the marinade and pour over the meat. Cover and chill for 12 hours. Turn once.
- Take out and drain. Grill on a grill tray for 3 - 4 minutes on each side on the hot grill.
