  • 150 ml broth
  • 200 ml cream
  • 50 g sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese with herbs
  • some sauce (cream sauce) to thicken
  • 500 g pasta (taliatelle)

Instructions

  1. Fry the medallions on both sides for 4 minutes. Keep warm in the preheated oven (150 ° C). Switch off the oven. Braise the onion in the meat stock, deglaze with the stock.
