- 500 g pork tenderloin (s), cut into medallions
- some breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoon parmesan
- 1 tablespoon herbs, Italian
- 2 egg (s)
- salt
- Pepper from the grinder
- some clarified butter
- Paprika powder, noble sweet
- 500 g pasta

- Knock the medallions vigorously, season with salt, pepper and sprinkle with paprika. Mix the breadcrumbs with the parmesan, beat the eggs with the herbs and a little salt and pepper.
- Bread the seasoned medallions and fry them slowly in clarified butter over a moderate heat
- In the meantime, cook the pasta until al dente.
