  • 50 g muesli, e.. porride bowl cocoa & nuts, e.. at Rewe
  • 150 g low-fat quark
  • 150 ml oat milk (oat drink)
  • 110 ml water
  • 10 g cocoa powder, slihtly de-oiled
  • 6 g locust bean um

Instructions

  1. Mix the porridge bowl and cocoa in a saucepan and then add the oat milk and tap water. Heat at low temperature. Add the locust bean gum to thicken. Finally stir in the low-fat quark.
  2. Nutritional values: carbohydrates 85 g, fat 10 g, protein 47 g, approx. 400 Kcal per serving.
