Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoon oat flakes, e.g. easily melting
  • 250 ml soy milk (soy drink), (soy drink natural / vanilla, soy rice drink or similar)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • Sugar, e.g. cane sugar

Instructions

  1. Bring the oat flakes with the soy drink and salt to the boil, then remove from the heat and let soak for a few minutes. Then pour the porridge into a deep plate and sprinkle with sugar.
  2. Tip: try different variants, such as with fresh berries, canned fruit such as mandarins and pineapple, applesauce or dried fruit.
