Ingredients

  • 400 ml water
  • 8 tablespoon oat flakes, crunchy
  • salt
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 large apple
  • 10 plum (s) (prunes)
  • some Milk
  • 5 tablespoon heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Wash, quarter and core the apple and grate coarsely with the skin. Mix with lemon juice. Cut the prunes into strips. Bring water to a boil. Add the oat flakes, salt and prunes and leave to soak for about 15 minutes at low heat.
  2. Fold in the grated apple. Possibly the porridge to taste
  3. Dilute with a little cold milk. Arrange the porridge and drizzle with liquid cream shortly before eating.
