- 1 cup oatmeal, tender
- 1 cup milk, .5%
- 1 cup water
- Sweeteners to taste
- 150 g fruit to taste, e.., peaches, berries, manoes
- some muesli as a topping, e.g., Bircher muesli

- Cook the oatmeal with the milk and water until a porridge is formed. Sweeten this to taste.
- Puree the fruit of your choice.
- Alternately pour the oatmeal and the fruit pulp into a glass. Top with the muesli as a topping.
