Instructions

  1. Peel and wash the carrots with a peeler. Cook in a saucepan with a little salt and oil (to preserve the vitamins) until al dente.
  2. While the carrots are cooling, chop the garlic cloves very finely and wash the coriander leaves and pick them up a little.
  3. Cut the cooled carrots into not too narrow slices and mix with the other ingredients.
