Ingredients

  • 500 g minced beef or mixed or minced meat
  • 2 onion (s), cut into rings
  • 2 bell peppers, cut into strips
  • 1 glass onion (s) (silver onions)
  • 3 gherkins, cut into not too small cubes
  • 1 can tomato (s), chunky
  • 1 package herbs (8 herb mix, frozen)
  • 1 cup natural yogurt
  • salt and pepper
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Chilli powder or chilli pepper (s)
  • Olive oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Fry the minced meat in olive oil, add the peppers and onions, then the remaining ingredients, except for the yogurt. Let everything stew a little and season with the spices.
  2. Finally stir in the yoghurt or add a dollop per plate when serving.
