  • 600 g potato (s)
  • 300 g Brussels sprouts
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 800 ml broth
  • 50 g bacon, diced or raw diced ham
  • some oil
  • pepper
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Peel, wash and dice the potatoes. Wash, clean and halve Brussels sprouts. Dice the onion / s.
  2. Fry the minced meat in a little oil. Add the potatoes, Brussels sprouts, diced bacon and onions and sauté a little. Pour 500 ml of stock. Let simmer for about 20 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Be careful with the salt, as the bacon / ham may have given off enough salt.
