- 600 g potato (s)
- 300 g Brussels sprouts
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 onion (s)
- 800 ml broth
- 50 g bacon, diced or raw diced ham
- some oil
- pepper
- salt

- Peel, wash and dice the potatoes. Wash, clean and halve Brussels sprouts. Dice the onion / s.
- Fry the minced meat in a little oil. Add the potatoes, Brussels sprouts, diced bacon and onions and sauté a little. Pour 500 ml of stock. Let simmer for about 20 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Be careful with the salt, as the bacon / ham may have given off enough salt.
