Instructions

  1. First cook the potatoes with their skin on.
  2. Put all the ingredients for the minced meat dough in a bowl and mix together.
  3. Grease an 18 springform pan and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Spread the hacking mass on the bottom and edge. The edge should be approx. 2 - 3 cm high and at least 1 cm thick.
  4. Peel the boiled potatoes and press them through a potato press into a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and mix everything well.
  5. Put 2/3 of the potato mixture in the middle of the pan and smooth it out. Pour the remaining potato mixture into a piping bag and put tuffs on top of the potato mixture.
  6. Bake in the oven preheated to 200 ° C for about 15 minutes, then cover if necessary and bake for another 10 minutes. That depends on the furnace.
  7. Take the form out of the oven, let it rest for 2 - 3 minutes and then carefully remove the edge of the form. If necessary, loosen the edge of the minced meat with a sharp knife beforehand.
  8. Put everything on a large plate and possibly spread salad or vegetables all around.

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling.
