  • 1 onion (s)
  • 100 g spinach, fresher
  • 10 jacket potato (s)
  • salt
  • Turmeric powder
  • possibly vegetable stock powder, yeast-free
  • possibly chilli
  • Spice (s) your choice, possibly
  • 4 tablespoon coconut milk
  • Coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Cut the onion into cubes, sweat briefly in coconut oil, add the spinach and fry briefly.
  2. Boil, peel and mash the jacket potatoes in a bowl. Add spices as desired.
  3. Add the onion and spinach mixture and mix everything well. Add the coconut milk depending on the consistency.
  4. Shape the mixture into dumplings and fry them all over in coconut oil.
