Boil the potatoes until cooked, peel them and cut them into slices. Grease a baking dish and put the potato slices in it.
Clean the asparagus, cut into 4-5 cm long pieces and cook. In the meantime, cut the ham into pieces. Drain the asparagus and collect the water. Spread the ham and asparagus in the baking dish. Melt the butter, stir in the flour and sauté briefly. Pour in the asparagus water while stirring until a thick sauce has formed, briefly bring to the boil and remove from the stove. Add the white wine and slowly stir in the processed cheese. Then stir in the crème fraiche and season with salt and pepper. Spread the sauce over the ingredients in the baking dish and sprinkle with cheese. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C and bake the casserole for about 20 minutes until the cheese is lightly brown.
