Instructions

  1. Mix the mashed potatoes with flour and egg well to a dough that is not too firm, add salt if necessary.
  2. Heat the fryer to around 160 °. Cut small balls with a spoon and let them brown in the floating fat.
  3. The sweet and spicy Asian sauce tastes particularly good with it.
