Ingredients

  • 650 g floury potato (s)
  • 400 g carrot (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 0.5 ½ bunch parsley, smooth

Instructions

  1. Peel, clean and roughly dice the potatoes and carrots.
  2. Cook in salted water for 15-20 minutes. Pouring off. and coarsely mash with the butter. Season to taste with salt, pepper and freshly grated nutmeg. Finely chop the parsley and fold in.
