- Peel and wash potatoes. Cut into slices 7-10 mm thick. Boil in boiling salted water (8-10 minutes).
- Discard potatoes in a colander. Turn on the oven (preheat to 220 degrees) Cut the bacon into cubes.
- Peel and wash the onions. Cut into cubes. Cut the salami into thin strips.
- Preheat a frying pan, add bacon. Fry, stirring occasionally, for 3-4 minutes, over medium heat.
- Add onion. Fry everything together, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.
- Lubricate the mold with oil. Layout a layer of potatoes. Sprinkle with onions and cracklings. Season with salt and pepper.
- Grate the cheese. Layout a layer of cheese and sausage. Layout a layer of potatoes. Add a couple of tablespoons of water to the cream, stir.
- Pour cream over everything. Place in the oven on the middle shelf. Bake at 220 degrees for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
