Ingredients- 700-800 g potatoes
- 400 g sausage
- 3 eggs
- 2 onions
- 250 g mayonnaise
- 2 pl. cheese

- Boil potatoes in their skins. Chop onion, sausage, and hard-boiled eggs.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment lay out a layer of sliced potatoes, then onions, sausage, and an egg.
- Grease with mayonnaise and send to the oven for 20-25 minutes at 180C.
- Remove from the oven, rub the processed cheese on top and bake the potato casserole with cheese and sausage for another 5-10 minutes.
