  • 200 ml cream

Instructions

  1. Peel and cut the potatoes (round or in the form of sticks) and fry them briefly in a little oil until they turn color. Then fry the onion rings in the pan until translucent.
  2. Brush a baking dish with butter and fill with half of the potatoes. Place half of the onions on the potatoes and season with salt, pepper and a little powdered cloves. This is followed by a layer of fish and then the second half of the onions and potatoes. Season again.
