- 500 g potato (s)
- 1 onion (s), cut into rings
- 200 g fish fillet (s), smoked, cut into pieces
- 200 ml cream
- Oil, for frying
- Clove powder
- Salt and pepper, black

- Peel and cut the potatoes (round or in the form of sticks) and fry them briefly in a little oil until they turn color. Then fry the onion rings in the pan until translucent.
- Brush a baking dish with butter and fill with half of the potatoes. Place half of the onions on the potatoes and season with salt, pepper and a little powdered cloves. This is followed by a layer of fish and then the second half of the onions and potatoes. Season again.
- Spread the cream evenly over the mixture. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 - 200 ° C top / bottom heat for about 40 - 60 minutes.
