Potato casserole with tomatoes and cheese – easy, quick, and tasty!
Ingredients
- Potatoes – 4 pcs.
- Egg (hard-boiled) – 1 pc.
- Sausage – 1 pc.
- Tomato – 1 pc.
- Cheese – 150 g
- Mayonnaise – 150 g
Directions
- For a casserole, cut the potatoes into thin circles. Egg (boiled), tomato, and sausage cut into cubes. Grate cheese and mix with mayonnaise.
- The first layer – spread the potatoes. The second layer – the layout of the sausage cubes. The third layer – we make a mesh of mayonnaise. The fourth layer – lay out the potatoes. The fifth layer is a mixture with cheese (you can add tomato cubes and sausages), sprinkle on top.
- Put the potato casserole with tomatoes and cheese in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 1 hour.
