Potato casserole with tomatoes and cheese – easy, quick, and tasty!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes – 4 pcs.
  • Egg (hard-boiled) – 1 pc.
  • Sausage – 1 pc.
  • Tomato – 1 pc.
  • Cheese – 150 g
  • Mayonnaise – 150 g

Directions

  1. For a casserole, cut the potatoes into thin circles. Egg (boiled), tomato, and sausage cut into cubes. Grate cheese and mix with mayonnaise.
  2. The first layer – spread the potatoes. The second layer – the layout of the sausage cubes. The third layer – we make a mesh of mayonnaise. The fourth layer – lay out the potatoes. The fifth layer is a mixture with cheese (you can add tomato cubes and sausages), sprinkle on top.
  3. Put the potato casserole with tomatoes and cheese in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 1 hour.
