Ingredients

  • 800 g potato (s), peeled
  • 500 g chicken breast fillet (s)
  • 250 g cherry tomato (s)
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • 3 tablespoon pesto, red (green is also possible)
  • 2 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 chilli pepper (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Cut the peeled potatoes into wedges and season with salt, pepper and paprika powder.
  2. Cut the chicken breast fillet into medium-sized pieces and place in a large bowl with the potatoes. Wash the cherry tomatoes. Clean and wash the peppers and cut into bite-sized pieces. Wash the spring onions as well and cut into 2 cm pieces. Add everything to the other ingredients in the bowl. Depending on your taste, cut a chilli pepper into very small pieces and mix with the pesto and sesame seeds into the ingredients. Mix everything well. Spread the contents of the bowl on a deep baking sheet or in a roaster.
  3. Cook in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for approx. 30 minutes, turning once after 15 minutes.
  4. Serve with a green salad.
