- 1 egg (s)

- breadcrumbs
- Garlic, (if you like it)
- parsley

- You take potatoes that are too much, but already cooked, or you cook them.
- Then you knead it (with a fork) and add an egg and spices such as salt, pepper and garlic and parsley (as you like) and an onion.
- And when everything is well mixed then you take breadcrumbs and make small thalers and bread them.
- Then you bake them in vegetable oil and you can eat them warm or cold.
