Instructions

  1. You take potatoes that are too much, but already cooked, or you cook them.
  2. Then you knead it (with a fork) and add an egg and spices such as salt, pepper and garlic and parsley (as you like) and an onion.

  4. Then you bake them in vegetable oil and you can eat them warm or cold.
