Ingredients

  • 500 g potato (s), boiled
  • 400 g sausae, ham, meat and bacon leftovers
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder
  • 1 teaspoon marjoram
  • some caraway, (whole or ground)
  • parsley
  • salt and pepper
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Cut the boiled potatoes into slices.
  2. Mince the leftover sausage with the clove of garlic (not too fine).
  3. Lightly roast the onion cut in oil in a pan. Briefly roast the leftover sausage, add the spices and mix in the potatoes.
  4. Salt and pepper as needed. Sprinkle with plenty of parsley.
  5. Serve with salad.
