Instructions

  1. Boil jacket potatoes in salted water. Young potatoes are boiled for 20 minutes, not young and large for 30-40 minutes.
  2. Beat the egg.
  3. Let the boiled potatoes cool, then peel and crush them with a crush, add an egg, a pinch of salt. Gradually pour in flour, knead the dough.
  4. Cutting the dough into pieces, roll the sausages.

  7. Put on a plate and serve with sauce.
