Potato Grandma (Casserole) with Chicken Instructions

  1. Peel and rinse the potatoes. Peel the onion, cut it in half. I had a large onion, medium size will need 2 pieces. Grate the potatoes and half of the onion on a fine grater, drain some of the juice that has emerged, but not all so that the grandmother is not dry.
  2. Cut the second part of the onion into small cubes. Also, cut the chicken fillet into cubes. Heat the sunflower oil in a skillet. Place the onion and chicken fillet in the skillet. Fry the chicken fillet with onions, stirring occasionally, over high heat for about 5 minutes. In the process of frying, salt, and pepper the ingredients, sprinkle with your favorite seasonings.
