Ingredients

  • 1 ½ kg potato (s), floury
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 125 g cream cheese, Philadelphia or other brand
  • 0.75 liter ¾ chicken broth, alternatively vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, granulated
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • 1 tablespoon ajvar, hot

Instructions

  1. Finely slice the potatoes.
  2. Put all other ingredients in a saucepan and bring to the boil while stirring. Add the potato slices and bring to the boil briefly. Remove from the stove and pour the contents of the pot into a casserole dish.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C top / bottom heat for a good hour.
  4. If the casserole gets too dark, slide it in one level deeper or cover it with aluminum foil.
