Instructions

  1. Season the minced turkey with salt and pepper and fry with the onions until crumbly. Add the leek, fry it, then add the raw potatoes and fill up with about 1/2 liter of water and cook everything over a low heat until soft. Then add half the bowl of brunch. (Caution: May be too hot for some.) Bring to the boil briefly, stir, season with salt and pepper.
  2. It`s pretty easy and quick, filling and tasting good thanks to the brunch.
  3. As an alternative to the cheese and leek soup at parties, it has a lot fewer calories.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
